She has authored and co-authored articles on cultural property restitution and due diligence. Julia has worked as an art advisor (Galerie Montmartre and Espace Dalí, Paris, France), supported the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage throughout the 41st session of the World Heritage Committee as a communication specialist, translated and proofread numerous articles on cultural heritage. She coordinates the 1995 UNIDROIT Convention Academic Project (UCAP) at the Faculty of Law and Administration. Passionate about discovering emerging artists.
